The 21st Century Australian Art Course will NOT start on 20 July as planned. The course will start on Wednesday, 27 July, instead.
This course serves to investigate major trends occurring at the moment. It will include looking at Post Modernist works, however we will also look at influential artists who use more traditional techniques.
Themes covered will include:
- Contemporary Indigenous Artists
- Post Modernism
- The landscape – re-imagined
- The figure – contemporary depictions
When: Wednesday evenings, 6.00pm – 8.30 pm
Starts: July 27th – Sept 21st; October 12th – November 16th, 2022
Duration: 16 weeks
Costs: $190 (members) $200 (non-members)
What to bring: Sketch book, drawing and designing materials, miscellaneous materials as required throughout course. We will be providing printmaking opportunities however people can venture into any medium they choose.

The materials used will vary and may include painting, printmaking, drawing, textiles and/or ceramics.
Who can join the class? Anyone! No experience necessary.
