Demonstration of Felting Techniques

Local artist Chris Harnby who specializes in textiles and fabrics resulting in the creation of many different clothing items from stylish overcoats to scarves and broaches, brought in her materials to demonstrate her felting techniques on May 5^th in the studio space at Collie Art Gallery as a part of the art trail involving Collie. She demonstrated to the visitors the range of steps involved in creating her textile art pieces. Chris is an art teacher and has already conducted a felting workshop at the Collie Art Gallery.
