In another first for our fledgling gallery, Steve Olsen back by popular demand, this time with our first live model in the studio gallery.
Steve’s Life Portraiture and Realism workshop will walk participants step-by-step through the process of drawing from life to create a realistic likeness.
This workshop follows on from Steve’s highly successful two-day workshops held during the Summer School series, learning about using charcoal, erasers and tinted paper to render the form of the face.
The workshop is being held 9am-3pm, on Saturday, 27 February 2016. The cost is $80 per person, discounted to $70 for Friends of the Gallery.
Bring a kneadable eraser, packet of assorted stumps and tissues or paper towel and your lunch.
But don’t wait to book – this workshop is sure to be a sell-out.
Pop into the gallery during opening hours to enrol or phone 9734 2921 for more information.
