This session will explore our response to a limited palette within the figurative genre. We will examine how colour combinations affect our mood and impact the mood of our painting, with the objective being to paint variations of a limited colour base palette to extract a different response. We will be touching on basic face proportions and shading, and exploring the different approaches to blending colour and tone.
