The Australind Art Club developed from small beginnings in 1983 as classes were held, without charge in the home of art teacher Thelma Schrader. As the group grew beyond home accommodation, they moved to Henty Cottage in Australind and formed the Australind Art Club in February 1985.
The Brush Worx showcases works by 31 members of the group who use a variety of media and styles to express themselves in creative terms.
